• Installing configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft server machines. • Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO); Group Policy Management Console, DHCP and DNS. • Remote Desktop & Remote Assistance. • Installing & configuring network Printers. • Create/delete user accounts, manage user rights, monitor and manage server. • Configure and managing exchange server (Outlook/Office365) • Access to shares under domain according to group policies. • Installed software applications and Packages and managed Users and Group accounts quota. • Troubleshooting system, network and user problems. • Responsibilities include analysis, installation, maintenance and modification of computing system • Responsible for the evaluation and recommendation of the new hardware and software • Assist team in resolution of hardware, software and system issues • Analyse performance of the system and ensure the performance objective and availability of the requirements. • Manage ICT infrastructure such as Computers, Scanners, Printers, LAN, Internet Connectivity, Communication Equipment such as Switches, Routers, Modems, Wi-Fi etc. • Installation and maintenance of OS, Office Tools, customized application, etc. • Backup of All the domain oriented machines as well as the VMs configured in the esxi by using backup software and recover when required. • Working on infrastructure of the ERP protocol which include Tally and various other functionalities of different department.
