I had an excellent mentoring session with Pankaj Verma while working on an IIT Madras academic project about future skills in the AI era. He was extremely patient, thoughtful, and generous with his time, answering every question with detailed explanations and practical industry insights. Rather than giving generic advice, he encouraged me to think from a business and problem-solving perspective and helped me understand how AI is reshaping careers and the skills needed to stay relevant in an AI-driven world. I especially appreciated how he listened carefully to my ideas, challenged my thinking with thoughtful discussions, and explained complex concepts in a clear and structured way. His guidance gave me a much deeper understanding of AI, career development, and industry expectations. I highly recommend him to students and professionals looking for practical, honest, and insightful mentorship.
