Hi, My name is Pankaj Rajpurkar and I am the founder of "The Mindful Barista-An Academy of Coffee" . I have a vision to educate and empower the youth to join the coffee industry through employment or entrepreneurship. On a mission to create an army of 500000 baristas worldwide, I intend to inspire their career, one skill at a time. I am the creator of " Coffee Career Launchpad" and "Barista Coaching Blueprint" courses, available in hybrid and online mode. A diverse hospitality professional, I have served many renowned brands like Marriott, Hyatt and Sheraton. Brewing many roles across the brands, the turning point in my career happened when I started working with Starbucks. Passion to brew a perfect cup along with a willingness to share my knowledge and expertise with others got me into the world of "Barista Training". Till now, I have trained, coached and placed above 100 students studying in the hotel management colleges and institutes in India. The students are placed across brands such as Starbucks, Blue Tokai, Third wave, Tim Hortons and chai point. We offer not only hybrid courses on coffee, café management but also conduct coffee workshops and seminars for corporates in the nearby area. Apart from that we also provide soft skills training along with mindfulness coaching to college students.
