One of my key roles was serving as the Head of BPO Operations at Outsource Accelerator Ventures Inc. During my tenure starting in 2020, I played a crucial role in managing and significantly expanding the operations, despite the global pandemic challenges. I spearheaded the scaling of our operations from managing 5 to 40 diverse accounts across a broad spectrum of industries, including financial services, food and beverage, technology, healthcare, marketing, real estate, environmental services, transportation, apparel, and consumer goods.
