I am a counselling psychologist and I work with children, adolescents and adults. I strongly resonate with the narrative therapy principle " The person is not the problem, the problem is the problem ". My hopes in every session is the create a space where clients can experience safety and trust, to listen to their stories with intention and curiosity, and to be the co-traveller in their journeys of self exploration, growth and empowerment.
