About me
Hi, I’m Pallavi. I help people navigate MBA admissions, break into consulting, and transition into purpose-driven careers.
I started my career at Kearney, where I worked across industries as a generalist before specializing in consumer goods and retail. At 25, I became the youngest team lead in Kearney’s global research practice, leading high-impact projects for global clients.
In 2018, I pivoted to social impact consulting, driven by a desire to apply my problem-solving skills to meaningful issues. I worked on large-scale programs focused on education and women’s livelihoods, partnering with leading philanthropies, nonprofits, and businesses.
Later, I pursued my MBA at INSEAD. Some of my electives there sparked a deeper interest in sustainability and systems change. After graduating, I joined a sustainability and climate-change focused consulting firm's Amsterdam office where I worked with companies, governments, and coalitions across Europe, Asia, and Africa on complex challenges spanning sustainability, the circular economy, and inclusive development.
