About me

I’m currently a PPIA Praxis Fellow with Transform Rural India Foundation, where I collaborate with district administrations and line departments to design, refine, and strengthen implementation models. My role focuses on translating policy intent into actionable district-level strategies while ensuring measurable, community-centered outcomes. Previously, as District Lead at Azad Foundation, I managed multi-program portfolios, led cross-functional teams, and consistently achieved 100% quarterly targets. I worked closely with young women from marginalized communities, driving leadership development and livelihood outcomes at scale. My research experience at CUTS International involved multi-sector employment studies, global collaborations, policy writing, and national-level stakeholder engagement. At Restless Development India, I managed youth programs reaching 9,000+ adolescents on gender, TB awareness, and SRHR, building strong community ownership and behavior change models. I bring strengths in program design, monitoring & evaluation, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and translating research insights into practical field strategies. I’m happy to connect with professionals and students to discuss development careers, district leadership, research-to-policy pathways, and building scalable, high-impact programs.
