About me

I’m a Solutions Engineer with a fintech background who loves solving messy, real-world problems and turning them into clean, scalable solutions. Over the past few years, I’ve worked where AI, automation, and high-scale SaaS systems meet—optimizing payment flows, building LLM-powered automations, and working closely with product and engineering teams to make complex systems easier to use and operate. What truly excites me is the product mindset behind the work—understanding users, connecting dots, and asking “why” before jumping to “how.” I enjoy bridging deep technical thinking with user empathy and business impact, and I’m actively exploring product-focused roles where I can shape experiences, not just systems. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me traveling and discovering new places, which fuels my curiosity and creativity. I stay grounded with yoga and swimming, and I’m always happy to jump into a competitive game of badminton. I believe this balance keeps me curious, calm under pressure, and energized—both in life and at work. If you enjoy thoughtful problem-solving, meaningful products, and conversations that go beyond just “shipping features,” we’ll likely get along really well 🙂
