About me
“I don’t believe in judging your thoughts and emotions, I believe in exploring them”. As a mental health therapist my intent is to help people navigate through difficulties of life, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. A lot of effort has been put to the name, ‘The Open Window’ which suggests that this safe and non-judgemental window is always open and available for people to peep in through.
