Ms. Pakhi Gauba, FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR, THE CONFLUX RIVISTA LTD. & CO-FOUNDER, CONVERSE WITH CONFLUX is best known for her book 'Dear Papax', and for her work at the Nepal Institute of International Cooperation and Engagement, Nepal as a Research cum Outreach Associate and at World Formations G24 Ltd as the Sr. Coordinator (International Projects). The holder of a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations has her interest inclined toward Product Management, UX Research & Accessibility, and is pursuing M.Sc (Digital Society) from IIIT, Bangalore. Additionally, she has worked with numerous organizations/institutions across the globe including the Belarussian Institute of Strategic Studies, Belarus, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (GOI), Young India Foundation, Amity School of Communication, etc. Having conducted more than 100 sessions (interviews, workshops, etc) she is adept at designing and executing strategies, communication, public speaking, publishing, managing people, projects, and campaigns/initiatives.
