About me

With six years of product management experience and a MBA degree, I worked as Senior Product management- Technical intern at Sopheon, a leading provider of enterprise innovation management software. I am passionate about making consumer-centric products that solve real-world problems and create value for users and businesses. At Sopheon, I apply my skills in user research, presentations, and competitive assessment to support the product development process and deliver high-quality solutions. Previously, I was a senior technical product manager at Pixuate, where I helped launch a digital image processing platform, and at Phongsavanh Bank, where I set up the complete digital banking suite, including cross-border QR-based payment applications with Alipay and WeChat. I have domain knowledge in FinTech, retail digital payments, and mobile wallets, and I am always eager to learn new tools and technologies. Outside of work, I am an entrepreneur, an engineer, and an MBA with two profitable companies under my belt. I am also a curious and avid reader, a photography enthusiast, and a coffee lover. I enjoy meeting new people and gaining new perspectives, and I am always up for a good conversation.
