I’m Paawan Popli an HR Strategist in the making, passionate about how organizations grow through people. Every workplace has policies. But not every workplace has 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞-𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐑. That’s the gap I’ve always been drawn to fill. With a background in Agriculture from LPU and early corporate exposure at DCM Shriram, I discovered that real impact doesn’t start with process or profit—it starts with people. That realization drove my shift into Human Resources, not by chance, but by choice. Now, as a PGDM (HR) student at I Business Institute, I’ve deepened this journey through hands-on roles at Just Agriculture and Moon Beverages Ltd. (Coca-Cola), where I worked on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, L&D, and employee engagement. I also led as a former Chief HR Officer at Tachyons (student-led social org at LPU) social welfare initiative that empowered over 2,800 students —my passion has always been this: helping people feel seen, valued, and empowered at work with this built cultures of trust. My aim is simple but ambitious—to build a reputation as a thoughtful, people-first HR voice.
