I have experience building high-performance Customer Experience and Operations functions in Series A to C venture funded tech startups. Highlights include building business operations & IT function at Ada (AI Unicorn), scaling customer success and partnership functions at AutoLeap ($1->$3MM+ ARR) and PayBright ($10->50MM+ ARR and exit to Affirm). While I've worked in many different environments from investment banking, strategy consulting, grassroots non-profit, large bank to tech startups, I found my home in small high growth companies. Outside of work, you can find me spending time in nature with my dog and reading fiction!
