Session was very helpful with customised solutions. Small steps which are easy to follow and post session motivation is even better!
Thank you for the amazing session. What stood out to me is the approach he took to analyse my issues, instead of the same workout and diet plan, he listened to my problems. He gave solution to the Patterns which are causing me to gain weight and binge eating. The step by step small approaches are really good and actionable.Am so excited to implement all the things you have asked me to do it. Thank you so much 😊
