I'm Osmary, currently Audit Manager at EY with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, and a 10-year track record in financial auditing at the Big4. My academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting in Venezuela, with revalidation of the same degree in Peru and a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. My work focus is on effective solutions, motivation to teamwork and quality results, values that have been recognized by bosses, colleagues and clients throughout my career. I have led and participated in high-level audit projects in various markets and sectors, facing technical and operational challenges with resilience and adaptability. Currently, I am tackling a new challenge at EY Madrid, where I apply my international experience to provide an excellent service to my clients.
