Hi, I’m a Senior Software Engineer at DoorDash, where I work as a Tech Lead for a full-stack team in the DashPass and Consumer Growth org. Before this, I was a Staff Software Engineer at OfferUp, and earlier in my career I worked at Microsoft. I also hold a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Altogether, I have 11+ years of experience across startups and large tech companies in both the US and India. I mainly work with junior and mid-level engineers who want to grow into senior and staff-level roles. I’ve personally grown from Engineer I to Staff-level positions, and one thing I’ve learned along the way is that career growth isn’t just about technical skills. Leadership mindset, communication, and understanding how engineering teams work are just as important. I’ve been lucky to have great mentors throughout my career, and mentoring others has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work. In our sessions, I focus on helping you build ownership and confidence, think beyond assigned tasks, and communicate clearly with peers, managers, and stakeholders. I also help you develop leadership skills early, handle feedback better, and make intentional career decisions instead of guessing your way forward. My goal is to help you become the kind of engineer others trust, rely on, and naturally look to for leadership.
