Over the last 5 years, I’ve worked with 150+ startups, guiding them from idea to prototype to commercialization. My journey has spanned both sides of the ecosystem: from building innovation labs in Tier 2, 3 & 4 cities to now leading accelerator programs that help startups scale across D2C, SaaS, and Deep Tech. In my previous incubator, I led Innovation Labs, where we built an ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship across colleges, universities, schools, and micro-entrepreneurs, bringing first-time founders closer to structured startup thinking. Today, in my current role, I help growth-stage startups refine their strategy, scale operations, and navigate the challenges of acceleration.
