Oracle Employee Referral Service

I will review your LinkedIn profile and assess whether it aligns with the requirements of the Oracle role you are interested in. If your profile meets the basic eligibility criteria, I will submit an employee referral on your behalf.

How it works

1. Share your LinkedIn profile and the Oracle job ID or job link.
2. I will review your profile for suitability.
3. If your profile is a good match, I will submit your referral.
4. Once the referral is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from Oracle stating that your referral has been accepted and your application is in the evaluation queue for interview consideration.

Service Fee

The referral fee is charged only for submitting the referral after your profile has been reviewed and found suitable.

• A referral increases the visibility of your application but does not guarantee an interview, shortlisting, or a job offer.
• The final decision is made entirely by Oracle's recruitment team based on your qualifications and the hiring requirements.
