Eight of them were on the UX side of banking products at QNB, GarantiBBVA and Denizbank; for the last five I have led a design team across e-commerce and embedded fintech. The part that matters for you is the other half of my work. Through those years I have also sat on the hiring side, gone through hundreds of portfolios, and assessed candidates from junior to senior.
