By the end of the same year I moved to Kosheri, Rashed & Riad Law firm as a business lawyer and legal researcher in the fields of Int’l business law, Arbitration, IP, Oil & Gas law, contracts, corporate & litigation. By the end of 1997 I joined public office as Public Prosecutor through September 2003. Starting October 2003 I moved to the bench working as a judge till Feb 2009 working in Civil, Criminal, Labor, Commercial & Family Matters law. During the same time I was delegated to teach Business Law at the German University in Cairo starting March 2004 till June 2013. I worked as an of-counsel with Kosheri, Rashed & Riad for around 4 years in the fields of Civil law, IP law, Business and contract Law as well as corporate law. Obtained my Masters of Laws in Int’l business and comparative law from Indiana University in 2009 right before joining Henkel as Head of the Legal Department starting March 2009. In August 2013 I held the role of Regional Head of Legal Department and Compliance Representative MEA at Henkel based in Dubai-UAE. As of October 2014 I started independent legal practice as business legal consultant & dispute settlement expert providing legal services for businesses, private & public sectors. In March 2016 I joined Kosheri, Rashed & Riad as Partner heading the corporate department. Before starting again private legal practice I headed the legal department at TBTD "Tobacco Industry". Based on the aforementioned professional history, and with such a diverse and extended experience I enjoy a handful of expertise and skills that covers a wide range of legal sectors and fields.
