As the Head of Digital Hub and Assistant Vice President, I have had the opportunity to lead a team of 15+ data scientists, data engineering, automation experts, and analysts. During my tenure, we generated a business impact of ~70MM+ in a year through the reduction of cost of operation and new business revenue. One of our notable achievements was developing an ML and deep learning-based engine to predict the account health for the next 7 days of over 250+ Genpact accounts. This acted as an early warning system for the Global account heads for any upcoming issues. We also transformed the collection process by deploying an ML engine to predict invoice collection time, reducing the average overdue collections QoQ from 26% to 10% and generating a cash flow impact of ~200MM. Additionally, we developed an ML engine to identify whether an invoice line will fail or pass during agent/customer audit. This solution has been replicated in 25+ accounts and saved 70+ FTE cost. Moreover, I led the development of a computer vision tool to identify breaches like multiple face detection, mobile phone detection, unauthorized person detection while working from home. During my previous stint at Infosys Limited, I led the team to build a global Qlik sense dashboard for global demand of Veg Seeds for a manufacturing customer, creating a business impact of ~30MM. I also developed an analytical engine that ingests, transforms data from source systems, creates data lineage, and generates insights and actions. This engine was implemented for eight different accounts and generated $5MM of revenue. I hold expertise in Customer Segmentation, Market Basket Analysis, Price Skewness, Collaborative Filtering, Google Analytics, and Python Flask, among others. I have also been awarded by Infosys Board in annual strategy and planning meet for Prediction of Stock Market Behavior based on Social Media Sentiment and Historical data. Led multiple solutions for different data and business problems using Machine Learning, deep learning, NLP.
