As a product manager at PT. ICE Messenger Indonesia, I spearhead the discovery and implementation of payment systems for the Smart Tax Ecosystem, a project under QTCOMM, a Taiwan-based start-up. I consult the local governments, conduct surveys to the merchants, and mediate the collaboration between the stakeholders. I utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage cross-functional teams and deliver successful products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Before joining PT. ICE Messenger Indonesia, I was a business analyst at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, where I led the development of four critical products for core banking, including BCA Documents Delivery, BCA Current Account, BCA Deposit, and BCA Payment Service. I conducted extensive market research, translated product owners' needs and wants into clear requirements, and verified that the development met the customer expectations and regulations. I also worked as an Apex Legends team manager at Revenant Esports, where I handled the administration, budget, and performance review of the e-athletes and represented the company during the international tournament. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering from Hochschule Wismar in 2019. I also participated in several exchange programs at Tianjin University, Suranaree University of Technology, and Korea Maritime & Ocean University, where I gained valuable cross-cultural and technical skills. I have multiple certifications in project management, business analysis, and Google Analytics, and I speak English, Indonesian, and beginner-level Japanese.
