I am a recent MBA graduate from IIM Indore, with a focus on market research, advanced analytics, statistics, marketing, and finance. My passion for the intersection of business and technology led me to my current role as a Product Manager at American Express. Prior to joining American Express, I worked as a Business Analyst at Capgemini, where I gained valuable experience in customizing Guidewire for Property & Casualty Insurance clients in US market, and building digital platforms. In this role, I was responsible for curating requirements through user stories by conducting regular RDW sessions. I was also in charge of A/B testing and unit testing, ensuring that the development and testing teams had clear understanding of the requirements. In my current role at American Express, I am leading the migration of one of the components under the credit authorization system. I am passionate about creating innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. My ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, understand and analyze complex data, and think strategically has been essential in my success as a Product Manager.
