With a strong foundation in software engineering, distributed systems, and platform infrastructure, I enjoy tackling complex challenges to build scalable, resilient, and high-performance architectures. I am also passionate about leading high-performing engineering teams, driving engineering excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement—one that empowers engineers to reach their full potential and deliver impactful solutions while enjoying their work. At AWS, I have worked with Startups on AWS to build resilient software and cloud architectures and I led engineering teams within Amazon S3 to build large scale critical systems that handle trillions of TPS and petabytes of data.
