I am an executive leadership coach, L&D and OD consultant, and workshop facilitator with over 18 years of experience across organisations such as Amazon, Fidelity, Vodafone, Myntra, Rivigo, and LEAD School. I have led L&D, Talent, and OD functions and now work independently with organisations and leaders on building capability, strengthening leadership, and driving meaningful behaviour change. My coaching work focuses on senior leaders, high potential talent, and neurodiverse professionals. I partner with leaders on challenges such as leading through others, navigating transitions, strengthening influence, improving decision-making, and shifting deeper patterns that impact effectiveness. Alongside coaching, I design and facilitate large-scale capability-building interventions. This includes manager and leadership development journeys, leadership offsites, performance and talent interventions, and self-awareness and cultural competence workshops. A key part of my work is interviewer capability. Through Bullseye Hiring, I run structured interviewer certification programs grounded in behavioural event interviewing, helping organisations improve assessment accuracy, reduce bias, and build strong internal hiring capability. My work combines first-principles thinking, deep organisational context, and structured frameworks to ensure that insights translate into sustained individual and organisational impact.
