If you would ask me why I do what I do, I would tell you; "It brings me joy to see mere ideas come to life and become initiatives, programs, and events." But how do you grow your business and "your culture?" 📚Culture is fleeting, culture is the beating heart, culture is often considered subjective. Research shows that to be able to bridge cultural gaps you need awareness and understanding of the social construct. So a good place to start is; What type of people do you hire? Who are your employees? What do they value the most? Why do they actually work for your company? And most importantly how can you drive this culture and become a catalyst for positive change? This can be done through all sorts of forms; Create more employee engagement, value growth, facilitate learning & development, create a culture of transparency & honesty. The list goes on really 😉 🍀 I made a career-switch after working for 4 years in the educational system here in the Netherlands. I came to the realisation that everything revolves around talent, people & culture.
