Noman is an award-winning UX leader, mentor and the founder of Nomans Land Creative. He comes from a background in UX and Interaction Design with 15 yrs+ experience across the digital spectrum – handling projects from concept through production. He leads UX teams by planning, ideating, prototyping and evaluating – integrating a holistic perspective on all customer touch points. He provides UX design expertise and strategic analysis for B2B and B2C solutions. He has spearheaded and established 12+ design initiatives within a DesignOps program to elevate the design maturity levels of an XD team (50+ designers) and led two finalist Innovation Hackathons.
