🧭 How the Mentorship Works

After purchasing the program, you will receive access to the mentorship Slack workspace. A private Slack channel will be created for you.

We begin with a 30-minute orientation call where we discuss:

• Your education and professional background
• Your existing Data Engineering skills
• Your target role and companies
• Your preparation timeline
• The time you can commit every week
• Your most important skill and interview gaps

Based on this discussion, we create your initial roadmap and agree on a fixed weekly meeting schedule.

We then meet once every week for a 45-minute 1:1 mentorship session. During these sessions, we review progress, resolve blockers, plan the next steps and adjust the roadmap where necessary.

• Unused sessions expire when the package validity ends.
