Lead expansion of operations to Silvassa to prepare best in class and low-cost socks manufacturing facility. ✔ Lead Industrial operations for Danone in India and Bangladesh, responsible for three manufacturing units engaged in fresh dairy and long shelf life products, managed investment of 3mm Euro in project expansion and up-gradation of three plants, improved the operations performance and reliability, built the organisation for future growth. ✔ Established Green field chocolate operations for Ferrero in India with 50mm Euro investment, first mega manufacturing site in Asia supplying Indian subcontinent, Middle East, SEA, China and North Asia ✔ Managed turnaround of brown field site operations for Colgate Palmolive in South Africa and led the local talent development.
