I’m the founder of Adventroz (2024–2026) and currently building Early Builder Lab, the backend for early-stage founders. I’ve built from zero and dealt with the messy parts that rarely make it into founder stories: finding customers, figuring out GTM, building partnerships, working with limited resources, making hiring decisions, fundraising, and deciding what actually deserves attention when everything feels important.
