About me

NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER - NIYATI BAGLA As therapists, we know that understanding a concept is one thing, but knowing how to bring it to life in the therapy room is something else entirely. Finding the right intervention in the session is a different story. Many of us spend years collecting resources - bookmarking articles, saving posts, taking notes and screenshots, and building folders of ideas - only to find ourselves struggling to find for the right tool when we need it most. There are moments when we know where a client needs to go, but we're unsure how to help them get there. A tool. An exercise. A metaphor. A story. A worksheet. A question. An activity. A technique. A reflection. A concept. The challenge isn't just finding these resources. It's organising them, remembering them, and creating a library you can reliably draw from during sessions. So over the years in my private practice, I've created practical therapy toolkits for myself - with tools, interventions, and resources that I can actually reach for during sessions with clients. And then we created comprehensive therapy toolkits across the trainings and supervision programs we've conducted at Fitment over time. These toolkits have been incredibly appreciated by our trainees, who consistently tell us how often they return to them in their practice. And now, we're excited to share the Therapy Toolbox with therapists beyond our trainings. We've created toolkits across multiple therapeutic approaches and modalities, each packed with practical, ready-to-use resources for the therapy room. Inside, you'll find key theory/concepts, interventions, worksheets, activities, exercises, prompts, metaphors, role-play scripts, reflection tools, open-ended questions, structured techniques, and much more. Everything has been curated with one goal in mind: to help make your sessions deeper, more creative, more structured, and more effective. If you've ever wished you had a single "go-to" folder you could open before a session or during a session to find something useful, practical, and relevant... This is that folder.
