With over 15 years of experience in technology, product management, customer success, and entrepreneurship, I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative voice solutions that solve customer problems and drive business value. As the Head of Voice Products at Gupshup, I lead the product roadmap, go-to-market, and monetisation of cloud telephony and speech recognition products, leveraging artificial intelligence and agent assist capabilities. I work closely with the top 100 strategic accounts of Gupshup, ensuring their delivery, retention, growth, and satisfaction. I also streamline the internal and external stakeholder management and escalation processes, and facilitate the launch of new product features and use cases. I am a startup enthusiast and an angel investor, with a keen interest in the emerging trends and opportunities in the voice and telephony domain. I have co-founded two ventures, Oye Truck and KnowledgeBrick, in the logistics and education sectors, respectively. I am also an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where I acquired the technical and managerial skills that have shaped my career.
