I am an Engineer, and MBA educated Product Management professional with more than 6 years of work experience across Food & grocery delivery, Mobility, E-commerce, and Co-living industry. I have extensive experience of working with growth stage start-ups, conceptualising and developing products which serve the needs of users by solving their problems, and subtly becoming a part of their lives. As a Product professional, I’m driven by two major levers, ‘User Obsession’ and ‘Empathy’. At Zoomcar, I have been leading the supply experience and retention charter across three business verticals: Marketplace, Owned Inventory Subscription, and OEM White-Labelled Subscription. From launching the marketplace business in India and Zoomcar itself in South East Asian markets, I have traversed the 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 journey of Zoomcar's marketplace business in India, helping the org achieve unit level profitability for the first time since inception. At ShopClues, I was responsible for conceptualising and implementing the advertising platform ‘AdZone’ for 6 Lac merchant base, creating a monthly revenue stream of INR 1 million. While being at OxfordCaps, I solved an aching problem stemming from the physical nature of Real Estate business, by developing products which enabled seamless operations for the entire Sales Ecosystem. My strengths include communication, ownership, stakeholder management, and effective execution, proving pivotal for me to drive consensus amongst multiple stakeholders synchronously, and shipping efficient products at a rapid pace, creating business value.
