Minus one to zero: the 2-week build

Two weeks, five sessions, and I am on the other end of a DM in between. At the end of it you have a business that can take an order.

This is for you if you have an idea, or a vague category, and no idea what the actual sequence is. Any product category. What transfers is the sequence, not the product.

WEEK 1 - Session 1: what to sell, and whether there is a market. Session 2: finding and qualifying suppliers, what to say in the first message, what a quote actually means. Session 3: costing it properly - unit price, freight, duty, and the landed number that decides whether this works.

WEEK 2 - Session 4: your store, your listings, shipping and returns, and what has to exist before you can accept money. Session 5: your first order, and the checklist to run before you wire anything to a supplier.

BETWEEN SESSIONS you get Priority DM. Send me the quote, the sample photo, the supplier message you are not sure about. Two-day reply, no limit on questions.

WHY ME. I have done every step of this myself, not read about it. I import from China and Vietnam, I have negotiated over EUR 175,000 of goods directly with manufacturers, cut landed costs around 35%, and run a brand live across 6 marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, Firstcry and Nykaa.

TWO THINGS I WILL NOT DO. Place orders for you, or take a rupee from any supplier. You own every relationship and every contract. That is the entire point of learning it rather than outsourcing it.
