People - employees, consumers, and partners - have always been at the very heart of my endeavours. I have led multiple ventures to sustained growth and profitability, while reducing risk, in the process developing a strong leadership pipeline within the organisation. Currently, I am a startup mentor and advisor, helping some unique AI-driven product startups in areas like nutrition, and sports. I also mentor and coach for-profit and nonprofit entrepreneurs and professionals through various programs and platforms - such as The Wadhwani Foundation and Ashoka university.
