1:1 Senior PM or Leader Mentorship

This session can be intense and honest in discussion. Many many experienced PMs and Product Leaders are struggling bcos of their personality, style of working, inter-personal skills or perhaps misfit with a culture.

Being a manager of PM Team is quite different from being an IC PM. On top of it, there are no fixed ways to manage a team of PMs. Depending on Org culture & strategy, expectations from management & stakeholders, caliber of PMs and resources available, a Product Leader has to learn and develop skills through mistakes, hits and trials. That's where I intent to provide mentorship or coaching to such leaders based on my experiences of managing small to large PM teams across multiple organizations.
