I discovered Nitin sir at a session on the Internshala platform. I was intrigued by the first principle of thinking to get to the root of everything. Often our mind is clouded by the narrative given by society. he helped me question my definition of happiness, success, or living a life that I am proud of. I also discussed if I can feel fulfilled through the career I choose and if that's possible. I feel that I have started the journey to discover who and what I am( the real me) and what I need to do to fulfill that.
My 'First Principles Thinking' journey:
I got introduced to the 'First Principles Thinking' sometime in 2021-22 and adapted it for a project at work.
I practised it more regularly since the start of 2024 seeking solutions for work and life dilemmas.
When one of my students was interested in learning more about this, I designed the DIY sheet for First Principles Thinking.
