Nitin co-founded Enroute Consulting with a vision to redefine research & intelligence services, providing a consultative approach to deliver incisive solutions to business problems and inform strategic decision-making for organizations in today's increasingly nuanced markets. Nitin's career has evolved over two decades of Marketing and Business Development, Business Research and Consulting, Market and Competitive Intelligence, Client Servicing, Solutioning as well as Project and Team Management experience, across industry verticals. Split across two innings as he calls it – the first being a decade of sales and marketing stints with leading corporate houses like the Times Group; followed by leadership roles in the Professional Services (research and consulting) domain with Pipal Research, Microsoft (as Market Intelligence Lead), WNS and CRISIL – A Standard Poor's Company. He brings to the table excellent solutioning, problem solving, communication, presentation, linguistic, leadership and people management skills, along with a sound business acumen. Right through his cross-functional career, Nitin has handled varied assignments across sectors like ITES/Knowledge Management - Business Research and consulting; IT/Software, BFSI - Retail Asset Products Sales, Media-Marketing, as well as a gamut of business development, solution selling, concept selling, project management, strategizing experiences. He has a global exposure, having worked across global markets including US, UK, Europe, Singapore and India. Nitin holds double Masters in Marketing & IT (MBA), and Consultancy Management (MS). He is a BITS Pilani alumnus, and holds a diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from IIT Delhi as well. He has published a dissertation on "Industry analysis and strategy assessment (including competitive behavior amongst peers), amidst deal activity in the industry"; and intends to pursue a fellowship in Management in the near future. A sports fanatic and an avid reader, Nitin loves to network and travel, planning to cover the country by road on his bike soon!
