Nitin is seasoned executive with extensive global experience in building and leading teams that design and develop high quality, branded products and services. At McKinsey, as an Associate Partner he co-led the design practice for APAC and helped drive large scale design and customer experience led digital transformations. Prior to McKinsey he was the Managing Director and Partner at carbon12 creative where he co-founded the company and established their presence in North America and India providing Digital solutions to clients across a range of industries including Healthcare, eCommerce, Enterprise, Telecom, Fintech and many more. In 2016, carbon12 was acquired by McKinsey. Prior to Carbon12, he was the Creative Director of frog India. In 2011, he co-founded the company’s first design studio in India and successfully grew their business in the region. His work has covered a broad range of platforms and devices, including web, mobile, enterprise software, automotive, and consumer electronics. Earlier, he was head of design at Motorola India, responsible for delivering Motorola’s experiences across the regional portfolio. He has led and managed complex design and research programs in the fields of telecommunications and automotive across a wide variety of products and channels for markets like the US, South Korea, China and India.   Nitin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Mumbai University and a MS in Human Factors/Cognitive Science from SUNY, Buffalo.
