I’m all about systems thinking—zooming out to see the big picture for business needs and then zooming in to design every detail for user experience. My sweet spot? I’ve led cross-functional teams to launch everything from AI-powered solutions to self-serve task management systems, all while driving engagement, retention, and business success.
