With over nine years of experience in the energy and management consulting, I am passionate about delivering impactful solutions for complex and challenging problems. I have a strong background in sustainability, operations, service delivery, and business development, and I am currently an Associate at Kearney, a leading global consulting firm. In my previous role as a Sustainability Manager at Schlumberger, I devised and implemented the social performance and emissions reduction strategy for the operations in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, aligning them with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the net-zero commitment. I also led the delivery of multi-segment integrated projects for key clients, managing a team of 50+ employees and a P&L of over $40M. Some of the skills that I leveraged and developed in this role include people management, team building, leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
