As a PGDRM candidate at IRMA, one of India's premier institutes of rural management, I am learning to apply my skills and knowledge to address the challenges and opportunities in the rural sector, with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and leadership. I am an IDFC Scholar, a prestigious scholarship awarded to students with outstanding academic and extracurricular achievements, and a strong commitment to social change. Before joining IRMA, I was a Production Executive at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd., one of India's leading dairy companies, where I contributed to the launch of new products, the commissioning of new plants, and the improvement of quality and safety standards. I worked with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor the production processes, ensuring compliance with various ISO and HACCP certifications. I also managed the labour and operator workforce, resolving issues and providing feedback and training. I have a strong academic background in dairy and food science, graduating from CDFST Udaipur in the top 1% of my batch, and receiving multiple awards and scholarships for my academic excellence and research projects. I am passionate about creating value and impact in the dairy industry and beyond.
