About me

Hi, I’m Nishtha. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar. I completed my BSc Psychology (Honours) from Christ University, Delhi NCR in 2025. Throughout my bachelor’s degree, I actively explored different areas of psychology including internships, research, conferences, workshops, and NGO work to understand the field deeply and build real-world experience. I have completed two clinical internships, one at a government hospital(IHBAS, Delhi) and one at a private hospital(Moolchand Medcity, Delhi) and have also worked with multiple NGOs. I began my research journey in my second year of college, learning through guidance from my professors and independent exploration. I later worked as a research intern at Ashoka University for two months, and also presented my work at various conferences, which strengthened my interest and understanding of academic research. Recently, I appeared for several psychology master’s entrance exams and successfully qualified exams like CUET-PG(270/300), NFAT, Jamia Milia Islamia Entrance test and Christ University Entrance test, which helped me secure admission offers from top institutions including BHU, Christ University, Jamia Millia Islamia and NFSU. Over the years, I’ve seen how overwhelming the psychology journey can feel from choosing the right specialization and preparing for entrance exams, to finding internships and starting research. I created these mentorship sessions to share what I’ve learned along the way and help students avoid common mistakes, so they can move forward with clarity and confidence :)
