I remember my first day, When I entered VIT, Vellore for my Engineering, I was scared, underconfident but was also excited for my journey ahead. I wanted to become a Developer, Filmmaker, Writer, Designer, Startup guy and What NOT. so I literally tried everything. I explored opportunities and made my hands dirty in everything I wanted to try. I researched, I designed, I coded, and I sold products. Worked at multiple startups as a PM, Developer, UX Designer, Salesman, and Marketer. Found my true calling in Product Management. But No company used to visit my college for a Product role so hardly sat for any placement exam. Got into Lenskart as a PM in my 7th Sem, It was not an on-campus placement so have a lot of tips, Which can help you get into your dream company even if you are not from a Tier 1 college.
