2. Program Sense & Execution: Mastering hypothetical scenarios like "How would you handle a data center fire?" or "Launch a new service globally in 3 months." We will use frameworks to tackle ambiguity, risk mitigation, and resource constraints.
3. Technical Deep Dives: Preparing for "Retrospective" rounds where you must explain the architecture of your past projects (like my work on GenAI features or Digital Authentication) with extreme clarity.
4. Googleyness & Leadership: Crafting STAR stories that demonstrate influence without authority, handling difficult stakeholders, and navigating complex cross-functional dependencies.
