With 20+ years of experience in strategic consulting, program and project management, digital transformation, and technology support, I currently serve as a Program Director at KPMG, leading teams in the Digital and Government Advisory (DGA) and the Aerospace and Defense (A&D). I have an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and an MTech( SPC) with distinguished career in the Indian Navy, where I served as a Joint Director and an Advisor to CxO-level officers on high-value projects. As a Program Director at KPMG, I have successfully managed and delivered complex and large-scale projects worth over USD 2.0 billion across various sectors, such as power, urban transformation, election management, AR/VR, shipbuilding, and IT. I have also developed and proposed over 30 enterprise-wide IT solutions to mitigate legacy system inefficiencies, and led a core team for client and project risk assessment, regulatory compliance, competitive landscape, and capability analysis.
