Key Areas of Work as Vice President Strategy Strategic Planning and Execution: As Vice President of Strategy, I am currently working with the executive team to define the company's overall vision, mission, and goals. Primary role to develop a strategic plan that outlines the key initiatives and action items needed to achieve those goals. To ensure successful execution, establish KPIs, monitor progress, and adjust the plan as necessary. Program and Project Management: In my role, I oversee the management of programs and projects across the organization. This would involve setting project goals and timelines, assigning resources, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders. I ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality. Online Education and E-Learning As more organizations move to remote work and digital learning, my experience in online education and e-learning becomes critical and valuable. I help design and develop e-learning programs that are engaging, effective, and user-friendly. I also oversee the implementation and deployment of these programs to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its learners. Team Leadership and Management: As VP of Strategy, I coordinate and work with a team of professionals, motivating them to achieve the company's strategic goals.
