Supplier Development & Localization 1. Manage 5 existing supplier and develop 2 new supplier for the localization for Electronic module - Camera, Fingerprint & Display. 2. Increase the localization of Electronic material camera, Fingerprint & display by more than 60%. 3. Lead supplier development strategy, designing the metrics for the function and supplier performance. 4. Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements. 5. Support new product launches to ensure suppliers are capable of delivering to the required quality standard. 6. Increase the localization of Electronic material camera, Fingerprint & display by more than 60%. 7. Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement. 8. Lead all PD projects, understand and share information, including material selection, production planning, delivery plan, verification plan, software and hardware test planning, etc. 9. Maintaining project schedule by coordinating activities, resolving problems occurring during Trial process and completing project timely. planing
