Hey there! I am Nishank Gupta, and I am here to share my experience on building 0 to 1 sales team specifically focused on B2B SaaS. I am an IIT-B graduate with over a decade of exposure working with some of the pioneer companies in global space with an opportunity to learn from global community of Sales leadership. My mission is to educate, consult, and empower people to make informed decisions about their sales strategies, manpower planning & building a strong and robust GTM strategies that are executable on the ground. . I believe that knowledge is power—and that is exactly what I want to share - my learnings of building strong sales team across field & remote set-up by leveraging the right technology tools to drive high accountability, predictability & efficiency.
