More often than not, cracking interviews comes down to the candidate's confidence and clarity, much of which depends on how well the candidate has researched and prepared before heading into the interview room. I have been on the recruitment panels of organisations such as Disney and Swiggy and have conducted more than 80 interviews throughout my career with candidates belonging to various profiles. I have also been on the other end of the table, having given interviews as a candidate and successfully cracked >75% of them, the notables ones being IIM Calcutta, McKinsey, A T Kearney, Disney and Swiggy. If you have an Interview due soon and wish to enrol a mentor to help you research and prepare, you may block my time. We can together develop a customised action plan by considering the various kind of questions that might come your way and preparing the best possible responses that make you come across as an authentic candidate who can be successful in the role under consideration.
PS: In my experience, a minimum of 60 minutes is required for providing comprehensive guidance around interview preparation. I would need to know you and the company you are interviewing for, in order to be able to add value.
